Same sex marriage

When I think of what being free in America means I think that we are free to do what we wish as long as we are not hurting others/breaking the law. So same sex marriage, for some reason, is such a hard thing to be okay with. Two people marrying and being happy isn’t physical or non physical harm. Why should this be illegal? I just don’t understand, traditions and society change with the times. Homosexuality was widely excepted in the early times of human history. I feel like christian Americans do whats best for themselves and forget about the world. There are people here who are not christian and do not share the same beliefs. Lets just all except the reality that we are free to be happy and marry who we want because it literally does not hurt anyone…no one at all. Live how you want to live and let others do the same and we can all just be happy. I completely support Obama and his actions in support of same sex marriage.
